Location - Where Is It?
Las Vegas is the largest city in the state of Nevada, and the 28th-most populous city in the United States, with an estimated population of around 600,000 in the city area. It lies near the border of both California and Arizona, about 280 miles north-east of Los Angeles and 280 miles north-west of Phoenix. Its climate is subtropical and arid, typical of the Mojave Desert in which it lies, and it enjoys abundant sunshine year-round with an average of 300 sunny days per year.

Nicknamed 'Sin City' and the 'Entertainment Capital of the World', it is surprisingly a growing retirement and family city despite its excess of casinos, flashy hotels and reputation of ill-repute!
