This policy has been developed in line with the voluntary National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information developed by the Australian Federal Privacy Commissioner which represent industry best practice, and The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2002 (Commonwealth of Australia).

Collection of Personal Information

Should the service be used in such a way that contravenes the AT Terms of Service, we require your email address to take appropriate remedial action. Further it enables us to identify who is using the service and enables you, the user, to achieve the best possible results from AT.
Should you choose to record the name and email address of frequently used contacts (thoes whom you send recordings to), this information will be stored by AT for your use only. Under no circumstances will AT provide this information to a third party, or use this information for any purpose other than in the normal using the service.
We also record other information including responses to promotions, giveaways and competitions. Whenever a page is requested from our web server, we record the time, date and URL of the request, along with information on the browser software that is being used. This information is collected to provide valuable research in better understanding the preferences of our users and to enable us to better target our communications, including competitions and prizes.
3. Service Use Information
Before you can use the service, we require you to register to the service, confirming you accept the Terms of Service. AT will store your email address to ensure the smooth operation of the service. AT will store your email address until such time as we receive a request to have it removed.
